Bill Cosby got some bad news yesterday when a Pennsylvania judge decided that there is enough evidence in the sexual abuse case with accuser Andrea Constand to go to trial.
The trial, which does not have a date yet, will try Cosby for three counts of felony charges. He and could spend up to 30 years in prison if he is found guilty on all charges.
In some ways this could be good for Cosby. It gives him a chance to clear his name. On the other hand, if he did it and he is found guilty he could go to prison for the rest of his life.
The news is shocking and tragic to see someone who was put on such a high pedestal fall from grace.
It was especially hard for a MSNBC host to report the news and accidentally said Bill Clinton instead of Bill Cosby.
Ironically, Bill Clinton’s sexual indiscretions are rearing their heads again. It has been over 15 years since we heard the names Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones and Kathleen Willey– who have accused the former president of sexual misconduct himself.
It seems that America has forgotten that Bill Clinton had his impeachment for perjury and obstruction to justice back when he was president. He lied under oath about having sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky.
Bill Cosby is out on bond right now awaiting his trial. Bill Clinton is on the presidential campaign trail for his wife.
Which Bill do you think is most likely innocent? Let us know in the comments.
