The muscular-framed Navy SEAL veteran, made an intimidating speaker at the University of Nevada during his recent TEDx talk.
Jocko gave his account of a battle that took place in Iraq that turned out to be a tragic due to unfortunately common circumstances.
Willink is the author of “Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win.”
His 15 minute talk is a reminder of responsibility in an age when too many leaders want to pawn off their failures on others.
