New York City Babies Can Now Be “Gender X”

Gender Reveal
It's..... a freak!

Forget personally “identifying” as a different gender yourself: now, leftist parents in New York City can list their newborn as “Gender X” at birth.

The law, which was signed by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio in October, took effect on January 1.

De Blasio claimed that the new law allowed citizens to “tell the government who they are and not the other way around”… despite the fact that, in many cases, it’s parents doing the telling, not the actual child.

The law will also make it easier for transgender adults to change the gender listed on their birth certificate. Previously, New Yorkers had to submit a doctor’s note certifying their transgender status. Now, that won’t be necessary at all–allowing them to change genders presumably at whim.

The new law makes New York the first city to adopt such a sweeping, pro-transgender policy, but not the first jurisdiction. Currently, state-level jurisdictions including California, Oregon, Washington, New Jersey, and Washington, DC, also have similar laws on the books.

The law will only effect those who are born in New York City, and thus have a birth certificate issued by the city government. Transgender New York residents born in other cities or states will still have to take up their gender swap with their own birthplaces.
