A convicted child murderer is being accused of faking transgender status… so he can move to a “cushier” women’s prison.
Ian Huntley was sentenced to 40 years in jail for murdering two ten-year-olds, Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman. At the time, Huntley was a caretaker at their school.
Huntley lured both girls into his home, and murdered them. He claimed that the deaths were accidental, but admitted that he dumped and burned their bodies. Juries convicted him of two counts of murder.
During his more than a decade in prison, Huntley has been attacked multiple times by other prisoners–including being scaled by boiling water in 2005 and having his throat slashed in 2010.
Apparently, Huntley’s now had enough: in order to get out of the violent men’s prison, Huntley now identifies as a woman named “Nicola.”
According to sources close to the situation, who spoke to the local Daily Star newpaper, “Huntley believes that he will have a much cushier life in a women’s prison. But he is mistaken as he will get a far harder time from female prisoners.”
“There are now a growing number of trans-prisoners in Frankland [Prison] and Huntley is desperate to become a member of a group who will offer him a bit of protection,” the source added.
To help complete the ruse, Huntley is reportedly trying to convince doctors to change his gender. He’s also asked prison pen-pals to send him women’s clothing and wigs.
