| Tim Kaine is for the legal requirement to hire women and minorities. Meaning, that candidates for the few jobs that are left in the U.S. will be less likely to be judged on merit, and more likely to be judged by how they look on a diversity report. With the outpouring of students exiting college every year, it is difficult enough for them to get jobs and pay back loans. Under a Hillary/Kaine administration it will be even more difficult because favoritism will be granted to minorities and women. Those opportunities don’t sound very equal. |
