What Happens When Illegal Aliens Crash Ann Coulter Book Signing?

As if she needed any further evidence that the radical Left would rather shout her down than argue with her about the merits of her views, protesters convened at one of Ann Coulter’s books signings this past week to disrupt the event, destroy property and threaten her fans.

Coulter, a political firebrand and prolific author, appeared at a Barnes and Noble bookstore in Costa Mesa, California to sign copies of her new book “Adios America: The Left’s Plan to Turn our Country into a Third World Hellhole”.

The event, which attracted streams of fans who waited patiently to meet her and have their copies of her book signed, was orderly until protesters seated in an adjacent Starbucks invaded the bookstore to shout slogans at her including “Undocumented, unafraid!” “Ain’t no power like the power of the people ’cause the power of the people don’t stop!”

As security officers fended off protesters who attempted cut to the front of the line and confront Coulter directly, other protesters unfurled a large banner that read “Adios, Ann Coulter” next Mexican and anarchist flags.

One protester was heard screaming “Go back to Europe, Ann Coulter!” “When our communities are under attack, what do we do? Fight back!”

Coulter’s fans waiting in line, including some young children, mostly ignored the protesters while others defiantly held up copies of their signed books in counter protest.

Because she has been the target of similar fascist attacks in the past – at other book signings and on college campuses where she has been invited to speak – the incident did not faze Coulter, who continued to sign books, speak with supporters and pose for photographs with fans.

The ordeal did not end with the book signing.

As security personnel escorted Coulter out of the store, protesters restarted their attacks by shouting “Shame on you!” at those seen with copies of her book and by ripping up a copy of the book and littering the area outside the store entrance with paper.

Coulter later told Breitbart News that:

“You have to understand”…“screaming and defacing things is how Latin Americans express disagreement. At least as long as they were destroying books and screaming in a book store, they weren’t molesting any 4-year-olds.”

Coulter also appeared on Fox News’ The Kelly File to talk more about Adios America saying:

“Immigration is a government policy like any other and it ought to be used to benefit the people already living here. That includes recent immigrants,” Coulter said. “There should not be any criminals coming in.”
