She Might Run For President After All

Another chance to beat Hillary into the dust? Count me IN!

After a very embarrassing defeat in 2016, Hillary Clinton’s bid to be the first woman president came up short but she’s not the only woman who thinks she can win.

Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) announced at a Town Hall that she will “take a hard look” at running for president in 2020 after the midterms. She followed up her comments with a tweet confirming her thoughts on the next presidential election.

Warren is one of the best-known faces on the progressive left and a strong political woman in Washington. If she decides to run, she will likely be one of the front-runners in what is shaping up to be a potentially crowded 2020 primary.

It is unlikely that Warren will be the only woman out to win the Democratic nomination for president.

Kamala Harris (D-CA) is another woman that is getting a lot of publicity and momentum moving towards the 2020 election. Harris gained some national attention last week when she was the first Democrat to interrupt the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings.

Warren and Harris are near the top of the list for 2020 in field that could rival the number of candidates during the 2016 GOP primary.

Democrats have a long way to go, and a lot is riding on the midterms and will have a wide variety of candidates to offer up in 2020. The real question is, can any of them beat Donald Trump?

Do you think Elizabeth Warren could beat Donald Trump in the 2020 election?
