Cohen Going To Prison, Manafort Is Going To Prison… Is Trump Next?

On the way out, just like Nixon?

Robert Mueller and his special counsel investigation into the president’s business connections had a huge day on Tuesday with Michael Cohen pleading guilty to eight counts of campaign finance violations and Paul Manafort being found guilty of eight financial crimes in court.

Trump’s former lawyer and campaign manager are now likely going to spend some time in prison. Cohen’s crimes could get him between 51 and 63 months in prison and Manafort could be going away for a lot longer.

Two people, very close to Trump and his campaign are guilty and it doesn’t look very good for the president. Despite what Trump’s current lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, says.

“There is no allegation of any wrongdoing against the President in the government’s charges against Mr. Cohen. It is clear that, as the prosecutor noted, Mr. Cohen’s actions reflect a pattern of lies and dishonesty over a significant period of time.” – Rudy Giuliani

Trump took to Twitter Wednesday to talk about Cohen’s pea deal.

It is true that Obama’s campaign was fined one of the largest fines in history for breaking campaign finance laws.

The Obama campaign paid $375,000 in fines and the issue went away very quickly. There were no special counsels or criminal investigations. CNN didn’t spend most of their time talking about it, like they do with Trump. It was easily settled, but that may not be the case for Trump.

The president is in the middle of what he calls a “witch hunt”, but Robert Mueller just got two victories and Trump is now down 0-2 and the left is screaming impeachment.

US Senate candidate from Maine wants him impeached.

Dr. Dena Grayson is ready to impeach.

Donald Trump’s lawyer and campaign manager are heading to prison, and the president better find a way to calm all the impeachment talks before the midterms or things could go downhill quick.
