Fox News’ Monica Crowley to Make Jump to White House

Monica Crowley, a political pundit for Fox News, was reportedly picked to become Donald Trump’s senior director of strategic communications for the National Security Council.

The 48 year old has been a member of the media for the majority of her career.

While Glenn Beck’s, The Blaze, incorrectly reports that Crowley “began her career in President Richard Nixon’s administration” – which would have made Crowley starting her political career at the age of six – Crowley did work as an assistant to the former president in 1990 at the age of 22.

Since 2002, has had a weekend radio show, The Monica Crowley Show, and is a frequent commentator on Fox News.

Crowley appears to have no government experience, military experience, or private sector experience that involved national security.

However, President-Elect Trump has made significant appointments of individuals who hold no government experience, although most have proven experience in the private sector related to their new positions.

The sister-in-law to talk show host Alan Colmes, Crowley does hold a doctorate degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
