Donald Trump has taken politics by storm and has left the American people divided and drenched in doubt. He is a true outsider that has entered a race of 17 and has a commanding lead of the other two remaining.
Donald Trump has been an enigma to the media, the talking heads, and to the ruling elite. The so-called “establishment” would prefer a candidate that will continue the status quo. And Trump is not that guy.
Trump is an entrepreneur who has made business moves his whole life. He has had many success and some failures. There is no question though that New York City would not have risen from the despair and crime waves it had in the 70’s to what we see today if it wasn’t for Trump.
There are huge buildings all over Manhattan with his name on the side. TRUMP. The man possesses an ego the size of New York. He has made his fame and fortune by being bold, outspoken and making the right move at the right time.
His ego may have led him to run for president. His ego may be the reason why a lot of people hate the man. His ego may even be the reason he hasn’t come out and denounced the violence at his rallies. His ego is monstrous.
That ego though may be America’s last great hope! There is no denying his ego, or the power of it. Donald Trump wants to win! That drive and that ego could be exactly what America needs.
If he survives the convention and general election and makes it to the White House, then his ego will surly get in the way. That could be a good thing.
A man like Donald Trump does not want to fail. He doesn’t want to fail to get the nomination, he doesn’t want to fail to win the White House and he won’t want to fail at being President.
Over the next few months if Donald Trump tones down the divisive speech and focuses on policy and revealing his cabinet, then he will win people over. If he takes it down a couple notches with the media and can find a way to earn the support of the GOP then he could have a real chance.
Donald will make Hillary’s life a living hell during the campaign. He will hit her with everything he has and he’s got a lot. Will she be able to survive what 14 Republican candidates couldn’t?
The Trump campaign released an ad this week targeting Hillary and it has a playful tone, but proves that he is just getting started.
He is the candidate that she doesn’t want to see. He is the candidate that the people in control right now are petrified of winning. He could ruin everything for them, but in turn he could actually help the American people.
Trump is the only one that can legitimately take a real stab at ending corruption in America. He isn’t beholden to anyone. He takes no Super PAC money and is funding the majority of his campaign. He won’t owe anything to anyone except to keep his campaign promises to the American people.
That is who his ego is going to work for. If he makes it to the highest office in the land, he will do his very best to make sure that his Trump brand is not tarnished and comes out bigger and better on the other side.
Maybe, just maybe, Trump’s ego will make him CEO of America and he will only be beholden to the American people, his board of directors. Then for the first time in a long time, the people’s voices will be heard.
What do you think? Is Trump’s ego good or bad for the American people?
